Evaluación térmico-energética de una vivienda en tierra ejecutada a través de PRO.CRE.AR

Abstract

El Programa de Crédito Argentino (Pro.Cre.Ar), se caracteriza por permitir la resolución constructiva elegida por el beneficiario para construir su vivienda, posibilitando la adecuación a sus condicionamientos. En este trabajo se evaluará el comportamiento térmico-energético de la Casa García Villar ejecutada con la técnica constructiva tierra alivianada encofrada, pues el usuario reconoce las propiedades respecto a la sustentabilidad que caracteriza a la tierra. Se utilizó la observación para su reconocimiento, y el monitoreo higro-térmico en invierno y el etiquetado energético como instrumentos para su análisis y valoración. Se concluyó que el Pro.Cre.Ar permitió la ejecución de una vivienda que contribuye a la sustentabilidad. Se establecen también recomendaciones de diseño para futuras intervenciones al respecto.
