Habilidad de cuidado humanizado en estudiantes de enfermería. Corrientes. 2020

Abstract

La habilidad de cuidado es la manera de relacionarse con el receptor del cuidado, que requiere una intención de compromiso para interactuar y el comprender la habilidad del cuidador como una forma de vivir y no como una tarea colateral. El objetivo del estudio es describir la habilidad para brindar cuidados humanizados en los estudiantes de enfermería en su dimensión cognoscitiva y actitudinal. Es un estudio descriptivo, prospectivo de corte transversal, incluyendo a estudiantes del primer ciclo de la Carrera de Licenciatura en Enfermeria de la

Facultad de Medicina de la UNNE. Se utilizó como instrumento de recolección de datos el "Inventario de Habili- dad de Cuidado d Ngozy Nkhongo” (validado), que mide tres dimensiones: conocimiento, valor y paciencia. Co- mo resultados, se encuestaron 170 estudiantes, la mayoría mujeres (80%). El mayor porcentaje con un nivel de

medio a alto para habilidad de cuidados humanizados, siendo más frecuente en el componente conocimiento el nivel medio (74%), en el componente valor también el nivel medio (52%) y en el componente paciencia un nivel alto (85%) Se concluye que el análisis realizado sobre la habilidad de cuidados humanizados en este grupo de estudiantes mostró muy pocas variaciones en cuanto al nivel en las distintas variables estudiadas, de medio a alto en conocimiento, valor y paciencia tanto en nivel de cursado, asignaturas y sexo.
