Contribuciones del patrimonio cultural inmaterial a los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible de la agenda 2030 : estudios de caso en la región de los Esteros del Iberá (Corrientes, Argentina)

Abstract

Este artículo propone exponer, reflexionar y visibilizar las relaciones entre el patrimonio cultural inmaterial y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de la Agenda 2030, a partir de la presentación de tres casos en la región de los Esteros del Iberá (Corrientes- Argentina), el segundo humedal más extenso de Sudamérica. Se concibe en este artículo al patrimonio como herencias, tradiciones, recursos y valores de las comunidades en pequeños poblados del interior correntino. Desde una metodología participativa y perspectiva territorial se abordan elementos patrimoniales vinculados con la identidad local, sus características, sus usos y funciones, y a partir de ellos se exploran los aportes de la cultura comunitaria a la consecución de los ODS. El análisis del patrimonio cultural inmaterial (PCI) en la región permite vislumbrar el potencial de la dimensión cultural como pilar fundamental del desarrollo sostenible.

This article aims to present, reflect on, and bring visibility to the relationships between intangible cultural heritage and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda, through the analysis of three case studies in the Iberá Wetlands region (Corrientes, Argentina), the second largest wetland in South America. In this article, heritage is understood as the legacies, traditions, resources, and values of communities in small rural towns within the province of Corrientes. Using a participatory methodology and a territorial perspective, the study examines heritage elements linked to local identity, their

characteristics, uses, and functions. From this foundation, it explores the contributions of community- based culture to the achievement of the SDGs. The analysis of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) in the

region reveals the potential of the cultural dimension as a fundamental pillar of sustainable development.
