Albores del pensamiento geográfico en el "mundo conocido" entre los siglos VII a. C. II d. C.
Resumen
El trabajo partió de la hipótesis de conocer los aspectos conceptuales y prácticos que rodearon a las primitivas percepciones geográficas y su evolución en el “mundo conocido” entre los siglos VII a. C y II d. C, tiempo en que floreció y expandió la civilización griega y se constituyó en el Mediterráneo oriental y oriente próximo, una modalidad cultural caracterizada por la fusión de elementos griegos y orientales.
Se realiza una síntesis de la profusa bibliografía existente sobre los principales pensadores de la época, su percepción y comprensión pre geográfica dentro de ese marco socio cultural y temporal y su pretensión de explicar el origen y dinámica del mundo natural animado e inanimado.
Breves reseñas sobre los exponentes más destacados, permiten inferir el proceso de maduración conceptual, temática y práctica que les permitió una aproximación especulativa a la realidad. In that time it bloomed and it expanded the Greek civilization and one constituted in the eastern Mediterranean and Near East, a cultural modality characterized by the fusion of Greek and Eastern elements.
A synthesis of the profuse existing bibliography is made on the main thinkers of the time, their perception and pre geographic understanding within that frame cultural and temporary partner and his pretension to explain the origin and dynamics of the animated and inanimate natural world.
Brief reviews on the most outstanding exponents, allow inferring the process of conceptual, thematic and practical maturation that it allowed a speculative approach them to the reality.
