Abstract

Este artículo se pregunta por los nexos que unen la investigación científica con la investigación criminalística y cuáles son los aspectos que las separan. A partir de esta premisa básica, se propone como objetivo central, describir semejanzas y diferencias entre ambas clases de investigación, con especial énfasis en lo que hace a sus modos de descubrimiento y validación.This article asked for the nexus that unites the scientific research with criminology investigation and the aspects that separate them. From this basic premise, it sets out like central objective, to describe similarities and differences between both classes of investigation, with special emphasis in its ways of discovery and validation.
