La función de una ficha de relevamiento y mapeo, como recurso y fuente de información

Abstract

El diseño de una Ficha de Relevamiento y Mapeo, para reunir y sintetizar información esencial de los edificios analizados surge en el contexto del proyecto de investigación PI 17H018 “Patrimonio documental en instituciones públicas centenarias de Corrientes y Resistencia. Identificación, análisis y valoración de sus colecciones” (aprobado por Res. nº 966/17- CS/UNNE), y del proyecto de extensión del PE “150 aniversario del Colegio Nacional, gestión y conservación de fuentes patrimoniales para su historia. II parte”, que pretenden ser un mecanismo de acercamiento de la universidad y los estudiantes a los archivos históricos y bibliotecas, en el caso de ambos proyectos, también a los archivos y bibliotecas escolares; pensado como un recurso y fuente de información. No es el producto final denominado ficha lo que nos compete en este caso sino como esta forma de presentar o representar la información relevante se vuelve fuente. Para ello desarrollare el concepto y la acción del relevamiento (del latín relevamentum) entendido básicamente como acción o efecto de relevar; pero consignado a brindar la información relevante (en este caso a la consecución de los objetivos del Pi).

The design of a Survey and Mapping Sheet, to gather and synthesize essential information on the buildings analyzed, arises in the context of the research project PI 17H018 "Documentary heritage in centenary public institutions of Corrientes and Resistencia. Identification, analysis and valuation of its collections” (approved by Res. No. 966/17-CS/UNNE), and the PE extension project “150th anniversary of the National College, management and conservation of heritage sources for its history. Part II”, which are intended to be a mechanism for bringing the university and students closer to historical archives and libraries, in the case of both projects, also to school archives and libraries; intended as a resource and source of information. What concerns us in this case is not the final product called file, but how this way of presenting or representing the relevant information becomes a source. To do this, I will develop the concept and action of the survey (from the Latin reliefum) understood basically as the action or effect of surveying; but committed to providing the relevant information (in this case to the achievement of the objectives of the Pi).
