Construcción estatal y participación política en los márgenes de la Argentina : la región chaqueña entre el territorio nacional y la provincia

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es examinar los rasgos del secular proceso de incorporación política del espacio chaqueño al Estado nacional, primero como Territorio Nacional, y luego como Provincia, identificando las transformaciones operadas en la organización del aparato estatal y la emergencia de actores socio-políticos en el ámbito público. Asimismo, se analiza cómo la estructura territoriana pudo condicionar las formas de participación y la configuración de las identidades políticas. El caso del Chaco resulta particularmente interesante ya que constituyó el primer territorio en ser organizado, así como el «laboratorio » para los demás procesos de provincialización bajo el justicialismo.The aim of this paper is to examine the secular process of the political incorporation of the Chaco space into the national State, first as a national territory and then as a province, identifying the transformations that occurred in the organization of the State apparatus and the emergence of socio-political actors in the public sphere. It also analyzes how the territorial political structure could have affected the forms of participation and the configuration of political identities. The case of Chaco is particularly interesting since it was the first territory to be organized, and served as the “laboratory” for other processes of provincialization under justicialism.
