Se presentan las jerarquías de la reflexión representadas hasta alcanzar mediante la
creación de este texto, la quinta dimensión. Se utiliza como material de análisis un
proyecto de enseñanza-extensión-investigación desarrollado en la Facultad de Medicina, U N N E durante cuatro años consecutivos.
La problemática que dio origen a esta iniciativa fue el número insuficiente de docentes y horas asignadas para lograr el aprendizaje a cohortes de estudiantes que superan
los 160 alumnos por semestre.
La interacción con los estudiantes, a través del Centro de Estudiantes, y de éstos
con los ciudadanos dieron como resultados reflexiones sobre “la reflexión sobre la
acción”, descripción de dichas reflexiones, reflexión sobre la descripción y así se
encontró el significado de dichas reflexiones.
El alumno fue autoridad y se sintió profesional por unas horas, puso en juego sentimientos, actuó como un constructo social, dándose cuenta de ello al presentar
trabajos de investigación, explicarle al paciente los valores normales de cada variable
estudiada, y a su vez verse en medios de difusión relatando lo que hacia.
La reflexión crítica de esta presentación actúa como ámbito propicio de aprender a

The problems that led to this initiative was the insufficient number o f teachers and

citizensas a result gave reflections on “reflection on action”, a description o f these

play, acted as a social constmct, thus realizing the present research, explain to the

broadcast recounting what he did.
