Situaciones pluviométricas extremas anómalas que derivan en sequía e inundaciones (Provincia de Misiones, 1985-2006)

Abstract

El régimen pluviométrico según la serie de datos 1985/2006 permite advertir que la provincia presenta una variabilidad pluviométrica importante, especialmente hacia el este y noreste del territorio, que posibilita el desarrollo de los eventos extremos analizados: sequías e inundaciones. Es factible el desarrollo de los eventos de sequías e inundaciones en todo el territorio de la provincia de Misiones y se manifiestan con variada intensidad. Por último, se debe señalar que durante el período 1985/2006 se desarrollaron tanto un estadío seco, que comenzó en 1999 y se extendió hasta 2006, como un período húmedo, comprendido entre 1985 y 1998 aproximadamente. Las sequías e inundaciones adquirieron persistencia y homogeneidad espacial cuando se produjeron en el estadío correspondiente.The rainfall regime according to the data series 1985/2006 can see that the province has a significant rainfall variability, especially towards the east and northeast of the territory, which enables the development of the extreme events analyzed: droughts and floods. We can say that the development of events droughts and floods throughout the territory of the province of Misiones is feasible and manifest themselves with varying intensity. Finally, it should be noted that during the 1985/2006 period both a dry stage, which began in 1999 and extended to 2006, and a wet period, between approximately 1985 and 1998, developed. Droughts and floods acquired persistence and spatial homogeneity when they occurred at the corresponding stage.
