Evolución de la litigiosidad y la cantidad de abogados en la provincia de Corrientes, Argentina

Abstract

El presente estudio analiza, en base a datos objetivos, la relación entre la litigiosidad y el aumento del número de abogados y demuestra que, al menos en la unidad de análisis (la provincia de Corrientes, Argentina entre 2005 y 2018) ambas variables no guardan relación directa ni proporcional y por el contrario, a pesar del fuerte aumento de la cantidad de abogados, la cantidad de procesos iniciados se mantiene estable, con una fuerte caída en la proporción entre letrados y procesos.This paper analyzes, based on objective data, the relationship between litigation and the increase in the number of lawyers, and demonstrates that, at least in the analysis unit (the province of Corrientes, Argentina between 2005 and 2018) both variables do not are directly or proportionally related and, on the contrary, in spite of the sharp increase in the number of lawyers, the amount of proceedings initiated remains stable, with a sharp drop in the proportion between lawyers and processes.
