Gobernar la salud. Problematizaciones en torno a la implementación de plataformas digitales en Corrientes y Chaco durante la pandemia por Covid-19

Abstract

A partir de la grilla de estudios en gubernamentalidad, el presente artículo estudia las problematizaciones tras las prácticas de gobierno en torno a la implementación de plataformas digitales de gestión de cuarentena en Corrientes y Chaco. Mediante el análisis del dispositivo legal de las provincias, se busca reconstruir los dominios de problemas formulados, atendiendo a los objetos, sujetos y lugares sobre los que intervino la acción gubernamental. Asimismo, el texto se enfoca en la descripción del funcionamiento técnico de los sistemas digitales.

Starting with a theoretical framework consisting of governmentalíty studies, the following article studies the problematizations behind govern pradices surrounding the implementation of digital platforms to administer quarantines in Corrientes and Chaco. Through the analysis of the provinces' legal dispositif, it seeks to rebuild the problems that were [ormulated, attending the objects, subjects and places which were intervened by governmental adion. Moreover, the text focuses on the description of the digital systems'technica/ fundioning.
