We believe that the Geomorphology will not only be able to support the anthropological studies, but rather its methodological focus could be very useful, with the due reservations, for the focus of the Historical and Cultural Anthropology. Taking into account the studies of climatic conditions of NEA region, it is considered that these have varied considerably and that the changes have occurred by means of a transition of a rexistacic conditions type, from drier and colder or toward warmer and more humid, even in historical times. In this way, we can affirm that current conditions do not have more than 200 years and that the atmospheres in which the man developed before and after the white men arriving have not been the same ones and it is probable that the territory has been entering in a rexistacic period toward more humid and warmer conditions since the ends of the 60s, that is to say a kind of “ tropicalization”.
