Reestructuración productiva, asociativismo y diversificación : el proyecto de los consorcios productivos en el sector agrícola chaqueño

Abstract

El trabajo analiza la problemática agrícola de una provincia periférica del norte argentino, a partir de la crisis productiva de fines de los 90, la expansión de la soja y el resurgimiento del algodón. El artículo indaga en el conjunto de factores que condicionaron la evolución reciente del conjunto productivo, poniendo especial atención en la problemática de los agentes más vulnerables, para luego exponer las iniciativas públicas para la reorganización y desarrollo del sector, con particular detalle en el caso de los consorcios productivos. El tipo de investigación empírico-cualitativo; con una estrategia metodológica sustentada en entrevistas semi-estructuradas a informantes calificados e información secundaria (estadística, documental y censal).This paper analyses the problematic agricultural of a north peripheral province Argentinian, from the productive crisis of ends of the 90, the expansion of the soya and the revival of the cotton. The article examines the group of factors that conditioned the recent evolution of the productive group, putting special attention in the problematic of the most vulnerable agents, for afterwards expose the public initiatives for the reorganisation and development of the sector, with particular detail in the case of the productive consortiums.The type of investigation is empirical-qualitative; with a methodological strategy suport in interviews structured and secondary information (statistical and documentary).
