El cuerpo inclasificable. Inteligibilidad de mujeres trans/travestis en la serie documental ‘tacos altos en el barro’

Abstract

En este trabajo se analizarán las representaciones de mujeres trans/travestis en la serie documental Tacos altos en el barro (2012) de Rolando Pardo. La misma narra las historias de Wanda, Killy, Paloma, Daiana, Paola y Zaira. Seis mujeres trans/travestis que viven en comunidades indígenas emplazadas en el interior de la provincia de Salta ubicada en el norte de Argentina. El interés estará puesto en las estrategias de las que se vale el relato audiovisual para abonar al proceso dinámico de construcciones interseccionales de la identidad sexo – genérica inscriptas en las regulaciones de clase, sexo y raza, entendiendo al margen como el espacio simbólico al que se relega a la disidencia del sistema heteronormativo pero también en su dimensión menos metafórica, relacionada con las dimensiones geográficas donde reposa la pobreza. En este sentido se tendrán en cuenta las formas en las que el documental se inserta en el entramado de constructos hegemónicos de la representación de agentes normativizados dentro del sistema binario fundamentado en el sexo y en el grado de sexualización del cuerpo, donde las corporalidades trans/travestis devienen inclasificables y frente a lo cual, la matriz heterosexual opera en su readecuación.This work analyze the representations of trans / transvestites women in the documentary series Tacos altos en el barro (2012) directed by Rolando Pardo. It tells the stories of Wanda, Killy, Paloma, Daiana, Paola and Zaira. Six trans / transvestite women living in indigenous communities of the province of Salta located in the north of Argentina. The interest will be placed on the strategies that the audiovisual story uses to support the dynamic process of intersectional constructions of the gender inscribed in the regulations of class, sex and race, understanding the margin as the symbolic space to which relegates to the dissidence of the heteronormative system but also in its less metaphorical dimension, related to the geographical dimensions where poverty rests. In this sense, the ways in which the documentary is inserted into the network of hegemonic constructs of the representation of normative agents within the binary system based on sex and on the degree of sexualization of the body, where trans/ transvestites bodies become unclassifiable and against which, the heterosexual matrix operates in its readjustment.
