Mundo militar y voluntad de archivo. La Colección de Leyes y Decretos Militares, de Ercilio Domínguez

Abstract

Entre 1898 y 1932 se publicaron diez tomos de la Colección de Leyes y Decretos Militares, cuyo autor fue Ercilio Domínguez, un oficial del Ejército Argentino. Este artículo es un pequeño estudio sobre dicho material, procurando vincularlo a las peripecias de la vida profesional de su autor, pero también explicitando el orden de archivo que queda expuesto en la colección. Se propone además un vínculo entre esta empresa y el trasfondo de metamorfosis del mundo militar en esos años.Between 1898 and 1932, ten volumes of the Colección de Leyes y Decretos Militares (Collection of Military Laws and Decrees) were published, whose author was Ercilio Domínguez, an officer of the Argentine Army. This article is a small study on said material, trying to link it to the incidents of the author’s professional life, but also explaining the order of the archive that is exposed in the collection. A link between Domínguez’ work and the background of metamorphosis of the military world in those years is also proposed.
