Resumen
El artículo expone la evaluación de Accesibilidad Web (AW) móvil realizada a un portal
educativo orientado a la formación docente superior no universitaria. Se sintetizan las
herramientas de análisis de accesibilidad considerando el sistema operativo sobre el cual
funcionan y se resumen aquellas relevadas. Se seleccionan las aplicaciones a utilizar
teniendo en cuenta la tecnología móvil usada y las que se estiman de mayor utilidad para
los usuarios con discapacidad visual. Para este estudio se eligieron tres páginas del portal
educativo por considerarlas las más representativas. Las evaluaciones se realizaron en el
período agosto-octubre de 2018, utilizando herramientas que permiten la revisión
automática y manual, para lograr una validación integral. Los resultados presentados
indican la importancia de continuar con estas acciones con la finalidad de concientizar en lo
relevante de incorporar los estándares de la accesibilidad en los productos software, como
son los portales educativos.
The article exposes the evaluation of Mobile Web Accessibility (AW) made to an educational portal oriented to non-university higher teacher training. Accessibility analysis tools are synthesized considering the operating system on which they work and summarize those relieved. The applications to be used are selected taking into account the mobile technology used and those that are considered most useful for visually impaired users. For this study, three pages of the educational portal were chosen because they are considered the most representative. The evaluations were carried out in the period August-October 2018, using tools that allow automatic and manual review, to achieve a comprehensive validation. The results presented indicate the importance of continuing with these actions in order to raise awareness of the importance of incorporating accessibility standards in software products, such as educational portals.
