El mobbing o acoso laboral es un tema a escala global, pero en Argentina tiene una vigencia mayor debido a
la coyuntura actual del contexto sociocultural, y al alto índice de desempleo. El objetivo del trabajo fue determinar
las características del acoso laboral o mobbing en el personal de enfermería del Hospital Dr José Ramón
Vidal de la Ciudad de Corrientes-Capital en el año 2017. Diseño cuantitativo, descriptivo, transversal y observacional.
Mediante muestreo aleatorio somple se obtuvo una muestra de 70 enfermeros. Se observó que existió
acoso laboral en el personal de enfermería en el 59% de la muestra, el grupo etario más afectado fue el de 35 a
44 años con 75% de mobbing, el sexo femenino fue el que mayoritariamente recibió acoso laboral (64%), se
presenta con 50% y más en todos los estados civiles, igual tendencia se aprecia en los estratos de la antigüedad.
Los licenciados predominan con 77% de acoso, la función más afectada por este fenómeno fue la de jefes
de unidad con 75% de mobbing; destacándose las áreas de quirófano y central de materiales con 100%. Los autores
del hostigamiento son mayoritariamente jefes y supervisores.
Los resultados obtenidos difieren de otras investigaciones realizadas sobre esta temática. Se concluye que
el acoso laboral es una problemática que requiere de una evaluación ajustada de las conductas de intimidación
y para un abordaje temprano que mejore las condiciones laborales del personal de enfermería.

socio-cultural context and the high unemployment rate. The aim of the study was to determine the characteristics
of bullying at the Dr José Ramón Vidal Hospital in the city of Corrientes-Capital in 2017. Quantitative, descriptive,
cross-sectional and observational design. A sample of 70 nurses was obtained by random somple sampling. It
was observed that there was labor harassment in the nursing staff in 59% of the sample, the age group most affected was that of 35 to 44 years with 75% of mobbing, the female sex was the one that mostly received labor
harassment (64% ), it is presented with 50% and more in all the civil states, the same tendency can be seen in
the strata of antiquity. The graduates predominate with 77% of bullying, the function most affected by this phenomenon was that of heads of unit with 75% mobbing; highlighting the areas of operating theater and materials
center with 100%. The perpetrators of the harassment are mostly bosses and supervisors.
The results obtained differ from other research conducted on this subject. It is concluded that workplace harassment is a problem that requires an adjusted assessment of bullying behaviors and for an early approach that
improves the working conditions of the nursing staff.
